NSCG 10 Orlando/NSCG 09 Atlanta


The 2009 Conference was held on Saturday, January 31 and Sunday, February 1, 2009 in conjunction with the SAAS/SR-ASHS conference (2/1/09 to 2/3/09) in Atlanta, GA. Jack Osman, Health Science Department at Towson University, Towson, Maryland presided over the meeting. The conference was preceded by a tour of Tuskegee University and the George Washington Carver Museum. Mike Jackson, USDA-ARS, Charleston, SC is incoming chair for 2010. The 2010 meeting will be held in Orlando, FL. Tara Smith, Sweet Potato Research Station, LSU AgCenter, was elected as chair for 2011. Please check back for future updates.

Members who registered with SAAS/SR-ASHS are eligible to submit their abstracts for publication in HortScience. Please submit properly formatted abstracts to A. Villordon by 13 Feb 2009.
